How can i improve my cradle without a stunt group (im a flyer)?
hey everyone!
i just started stunting and im a flyer.
5 feet tall. 85 pounds.
freshman girl.
&& im an advanced dancerr 
i am working on my cradle.
is there anyway that i can improve my cradle when i'm not a practice?
(i have my pop full, prep, sponge, cartwheel, all splits, improving heel stretch and scorpion, toe touch, and improving hurdler and pike.)
i've heard that it helps to practice on a bed (i have a queen-sized), but i'm not really sure how to do it on a bed.
all advice and tips are greatly appreciated!

what you do is stand on your bed.
( i suround myself with pillows also while on my bed )
ok.
so stand on your bed, in your "double base "
do the counts and when you cradle kinda LIFT your self up and snap .
bettter way of explaining it ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
